From the Mainland to Hawaii
The Hawaiian Region Team becomes the Field Marketing Office for companies looking to do business in Hawaii (from our own locations on Oahu and the Big Island).
- It is expensive for a company to set up their own office in Hawaii
- Even the idea of hiring a local Hawaiian to be an employee can both be expensive as well very hard to find (not many industry full-timers living in Hawaii these days)
- Hawaiian based customer targets prefer to work with locals than those coming over from the Mainland
The Hawaiian Region Team has its own Hawaiian based distribution platforms and products in Hawaii including:
The Hotel Pantry:
A hotel pantry is a small convenience store located within a hotel that offers a variety of snacks, beverages, and other essentials for guests to purchase during their stay. It is typically open 24/7 and provides a convenient option for guests to buy items without leaving the hotel.
The Hotel Retail Group / Hotel Pantry Team’s founders helped create the hotel pantry concept in the early 90’s and since then distribute to 1000’s of locations in the Mainland.
For Hawaii, they have a full range of products including sundries, snacks, frozen meals, ice cream, beverages, local gifts and more ideal for a successful hotel pantry. They even create retail space for clients (through their Hawaii based Hotel Design Group (www.HotelDesignGroup.com).
Some of Our Recent Successes:
The Trade Shows We Visit:
From our core locations (internal and external) in Las Vegas, NV; Mission Viejo, CA; Chicago, IL; Orlando, FL; Dallas, TX and Raleigh, NC, we visit all of industry’s key trade shows (meeting with new and existing brands to bring to Hawaii).
We specialize in natural and organic brands (especially with Expo West, Expo East, and the Fancy Food Show).
* We are also members of these key trade associations
We Support CPG Start-Ups
We have been supporting the food and beverage start-up community for the past 12-years with product development, advisement, funding and placement into retail. Our internal and external start-up community is very extensive and available for start-ups nationwide.
We personally are involved with a number of start-ups at different phases all with the goal of successful launches into the North American marketplace.
Support Food Start-ups Seal: We will be using our new seal to showcase the need for the support for food start-ups in different communities, applications and programs. Our seal will be seen in our marketing efforts (TV, web, trade shows, products) and will be offered to partners who commit to the same goals.

Our History With Grab-and-Go
We created the first series of grab-and-go programs in the early 1990’s and evolved into becoming distribution platform developers and operators for formats such as hotels, camp-grounds and marinas.
Our first series of snack and beverage programs (including with Best Buy, Lowe’s, Hilton and Staples) grew to an annual $500 million and evolved into new programs within the food service formats (smoothie, juice, yogurt, coffee, deli, colleges and universities, hospitals, offices and factories, stadiums and arenas, theme parks, water parks, zoos, aquariums and more).
