Big Island Innovation

Innovation campus and light industrial development on the Big Island — sustainable design with manufacturing, R&D, and incubation space.

Overview

About This Project

Big Island Innovation is a planned innovation campus on the Big Island designed to bring together manufacturing, research and development, and brand incubation in a single sustainable facility. The Big Island has land, agricultural resources, and a growing talent base, but lacks the commercial infrastructure to support innovation-driven businesses. This campus will provide flexible manufacturing bays, shared R&D labs, office space for startups, and event facilities — all powered by renewable energy and designed to complement the island's agricultural economy.
