About This Project
The Brand State Manager Program provides mainland CPG brands with a dedicated local team in Hawaii that acts as their in-market extension. Rather than opening an expensive Hawaii office or relying on occasional broker visits, brands get a full-time local presence handling retail relationships, merchandising, field marketing, and market reporting. This program was created because brands entering Hawaii consistently struggled with the same problem: the market is relationship-driven, and remote management from the mainland doesn't work.
