Hawaii Manufacturing Expansion

Expanding manufacturing capabilities, co-packing infrastructure, and commercial kitchen access across the islands.

Overview

About This Project

Hawaii Manufacturing Expansion addresses one of the biggest constraints facing local food and CPG brands: limited access to production infrastructure. The islands have a shortage of commercial kitchens, co-packing facilities, and light manufacturing space. This project is building out that infrastructure across multiple islands, giving local brands the capacity to scale production while keeping manufacturing in Hawaii rather than outsourcing to the mainland.
